The Leadership Upgrade is an advanced, co-creative workshop designed for Business Leaders, HR Directors, and Change Agents who are ready to move beyond standard management models.
Facilitated by Dr. Arul Aruleswaran, this experience invites you to step into a "field of emergence." You will explore where you stand on Theory U’s presencing curve and locate your leadership maturity using Kegan’s Orders of Mind.
A Different Kind of AI Experience This is not a workshop about how to use AI to write emails. This is a prototype experience where AI serves as a "Reflective Companion." You will gain access to a prototype companion tool (patent pending), built and compiled from openAI’s agentic toolsets, designed to mirror your thinking rather than instruct it, helping you deepen your personal leadership reflection between sessions.
What You Will Experience:
Over two immersive sessions, we will move from "Performance Discipline" to "Emergent Leadership":
Session 1: The Mirror and the Base. We will ground ourselves in the CARE framework (Secure Base Theory) and identify our current "operating model" through Kegan’s maturity stages.
+1The Interlude: Between sessions, you will engage in a self-paced dialogue with Ramä V2, exploring your decision patterns and leadership tensions.
+1Session 2: The Field and the Flame. We will practice Presencing (sensing before reacting) and apply the Proceed-Pivot-Concede triad to navigate live, complex scenarios without collapsing under pressure.
