This all-in-one experience combines grounding movement, reflective conversation, mindfulness-based journaling, and guided meditation, designed to help you release tension, find clarity, and reconnect with yourself.
🌿 What to Expect:
Meditation & Reset – Begin with grounding breathwork to release noise and settle your mind.
Vinyasa Yoga – Led by Our Studio Wellness founder Justine Chun, this intuitive flow reconnects you with your breath and body, helping you release tension and create space for clarity.
Guided Conversation & Journaling – Led by Teja Urankar, this month’s reflection will explore identifying and moving past personal blockages, using Traditional Chinese Medicine principles to uncover your potential in life and work.
Connection Session – Stay after class for mingling, giveaways, and new connections.
