The Technological Republic by Alexander C. Karp, the CEO of Palantir, has been called a "manifesto for a new Manhattan Project for the Al Age" (...and we all know how that went). Because of this description, I thought it may be worthwhile to dissect his argument.

The book has 4 parts, so we'll start with the preface & part 1 (pages xiii to 54). I will be annotating and highlighting quotes to consider, as well as bringing questions for us to discuss.
