​Insights on Emerging Defence Technologies, Investment, and Scaling Strategies

​We're excited to host Andrew Turner, CEO of Saibre Capital, a national interest investment firm; Space4Sight, a global space advisory service; and AT Innovation, a national security consultancy.

​Andrew advises the UK Government on quantum technology investment and adoption and serves on the boards of businesses in space, AI, quantum, additive manufacturing, and renewable energy.

​He was a combat pilot for four decades, completing nineteen operational tours and surviving being shot down three times.

​Andrew has served in senior roles at the Élysée Palace, White House, Pentagon, and Whitehall, and ultimately ran the Royal Air Force on a day-to-day basis.

​He is currently second in command of the Honourable Artillery Company Light Cavalry Squadron and an oarsman in Henley-on-Thames.

​Andrew will share his insights on catalysing defence technology, including:
