The Accelerator for Cyber, Tech & Risk Leaders
Thought Leadership, Influence & Stakeholder Engagement for Cyber, Tech & Risk Leaders
Cybersecurity, Tech & Risk leaders often excel technically but are rarely trained in the skills that determine leadership impact: influence, executive communication, and stakeholder engagement.
This Accelerator for Leaders workshop is designed to help cybersecurity professionals strengthen their ability to engage executives, and business leaders with confidence and clarity.
Built on behavioural intelligence principles adapted from DISC for Cyber, Tech & Risk Leaders, this interactive session helps participants understand their leadership style, decode stakeholder behaviours, and adapt their communication to build trust and strategic alignment.
Participants will gain insight into how different stakeholders think, make decisions, and interpret risk. The workshop helps leaders recognise behavioural patterns, adapt their communication style to different personalities, and navigate complex organisational dynamics.
By understanding how to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders more effectively, participants can build stronger relationships, alignment, and influence across the organisation.
This session is supported by the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) and delivered as a community collaboration between organisers including Cyber Risk Meetup, ISACA, and ISC2, with community partners Vibe Tribe and CISO Tribe supporting the initiative to strengthen leadership capability across the cybersecurity ecosystem.
Participants will receive:
Personalised leadership style and behavioural intelligence insights
A DISC-based cyber leadership profile report
Practical stakeholder engagement and influence playbook
