

Literary Critique II: Advanced Writing Workshop (Austin)
Hello Writers,
Critique II is a two-hour literary arts workshop: we pre-read one published author plus two writers’ submissions, then run an in-depth critique.
What it is
An advanced literary arts critique circle for poets and prose writers. Each session we pre-read one published author and two works from our community, then spend 2 hours in facilitated critique focused on craft, form, and voice.
Who it’s for
Writers comfortable giving and receiving detailed feedback and engaging with contemporary poetry/prose.
How it works
Pre-reading required. We’ll share PDFs and writers’ submissions beforehand.
Advanced section. Please review our guidelines and submit a brief writing sample before your first visit before attending your first event. Submission form link
Once accepted, you’re welcome at both our Advanced and General events.
Cost
This is a free community event. If you’d like to support the work, optional donations help cover our operating costs.
