PHX FWD Pitch Practice: Learn, Observe, or Pitch
Pitch Practice is a live, coached working session where founders improve how they explain their company — not a demo day and not a competition.
A small group of founders will pitch, and after each one, a group of investors and exited founders will provide direct feedback and workshop the messaging in real time. You’ll hear what lands, what confuses listeners, and how to structure a clear early-stage pitch.
You do not have to pitch to get value from this event.
In fact, many founders benefit more by attending and watching.
You’ll hear different types of companies, different stages, different mistakes, and different strengths — and you’ll quickly recognize patterns you can apply to your own company.
Two Ways to Attend
Observe
Come watch and learn. You’ll hear multiple real founder pitches and the feedback behind them.
→ Just sign up for an Observe ticket. No prep required.
Pitch
Present your company and receive live coaching.
→ Select a Pitch ticket and answer the pitcher questions in the application.
We’ll review submissions and confirm selected pitchers before the event (limited spots).
Who Should Come
Early-stage founders, pre-seed/seed startups, or anyone preparing to raise capital or clarify their story. You don’t need a deck or to be fundraising yet.
A safe place to practice before it matters!
