About Event

We’re getting security practitioners in a room to talk about what modern Product Security  actually looks like — the good, the bad, and the stuff nobody puts in a blog post.

Two technical talks, a community-driven panel, and dinner with people who speak the same security language.

Programme

🕠 17:30 — Doors open. Come early, grab a drink, meet the crowd

🕕 18:00 — Adopting LLMs for AppSec - Getting Value from the AI Hype Ilia Bulatov, Product Security Lead, JetBrains We will share the JetBrains Product Security Team's hands-on experience integrating LLMs into everyday AppSec work. No rocket science or AI-magic - just practical lessons from putting AI into real workflows: from LLM assistance during security reviews to experiments with more autonomous, agentic systems for scaling security efforts. We will share what worked, what failed, the mistakes we made, and what we're exploring next.

🕕 18:20 — Building full-stack applications has never been more accessible. Users (often without technical or security expertise) are increasingly turning to vibe coding platforms to quickly build web apps and connect them to databases via APIs. We scanned thousands of these apps and found 2,000+ vulnerabilities and 175+ exposed PII instances. In the quick talk, I'll explain the exact technical setup we used for scanning at scale, why the integration between Lovable front-ends and Supabase backends makes these apps structurally vulnerable, and walk through some open source tools to help fix it. Alexandra Charikova, AppSec Community Manager, Escape

🕖 18:40 — Panel: Best Practices from the Trenches: Koen Hendrix, Director of Product Security, Zendesk; Akansha Shukla , Security Expert, ABN Amro & Eric Kieling, Head of Application Security at Booking.com
