About the Speakers

​Arvind Mahesh is a senior product leader at AWS, where he leads teams building large-scale AI and search platforms, including OpenSearch. With over two decades of experience across analytics, search, cloud, network security, and telecom, Arvind brings a deeply hands-on perspective on how modern AI products are designed, shipped, and evolved in real-world environments. Beyond work, he is a children's book author, an aspiring photographer, and a passionate advocate for mental health.

​Bhavana Srinivas is a Strategic Solutions Architect at Writer, where she helps Fortune 100 companies in financial services and healthcare adopt enterprise AI solutions. Working at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market teams, Bhavana brings 15 years of experience selling complex SaaS and AI products, with a sharp perspective on how technical products succeed in the market and why buyers care.

​Previously, she held sales and solutions roles at PubNub and Netlify, and today she works at the forefront of the shift from traditional SaaS to agentic AI. Beyond work, Bhavana is based in Toronto, where she trains for races, knits, paints, and spends time with her family, friends, and dog.
