Step into our dance and movement laboratory where your body becomes a space for awareness, exploration, and connection.
Body OS Playground is an immersive experience at the intersection of somatics, dance, and technology, grounded in principles from 8OS (∞OS) - an open-source “operating system for the bodymind” that explores how movement, perception, and interaction shape our inner and collective states.
Through guided practices, you’ll explore qualities like adaptability, resilience, flow, and variability as lived experiences. You'll also have an opportunity to engage with wearable sensors which will translate your movements into dynamic digital expression.
Join facilitators, dancers and technologists: Sophie Mars, Dmitry Paranayushkin & Arvy, working at the intersection of body-based practice, performance, and experimental systems, as well as pianist and consciounesness researcher Michael Ognanier for an evening of embodied discovery and collective exploration.
The evening takes place at Bunker West - a unique, historic space that invites immersion, experimentation, and deep sensory experience.
Whether you're a dancer, performer, curious about somatics, or simply interested in exploring the relationship between body, mind, and others - this space is open to you. No prior experience needed.
