About Event

A 1-hour live session for Heads of Product, CPOs, and Product Leaders who lead product teams in the AI era.

The bet behind this webinar

The PMs who learn to ship with Claude Code today will outpace the ones who don't, by a factor of 10x or more, within 12 months. The teams that train them first will compound that advantage.

What you'll see live

I'll put myself in the shoes of a PM working on a real, successful open-source project: Excalidraw (120,000+ GitHub stars). I'll show you how the Product OS around a PM who ships 10x faster actually works.

In 30 minutes, you'll see how a PM can:

  1. Capture insights without a growth or data team, with a signal-capture agent that mines GitHub Issues, Hacker News, and competitor changelogs into a ranked weekly digest with real reaction counts.

  2. Vibe-code a prototype that follows the production design system without a designer, by pointing Claude Code at the codebase's components and tokens. It ships on a real branch, not in Figma.

  3. Assess whether to build it alone or hand it off to engineering, with a lead-dev-validator agent that sorts candidates into "PM-shippable" vs "needs engineering". Ship safely without crossing the boundary.

  4. Ship the feature end-to-end without filing an engineering ticket, by branching the codebase, having Claude Code build it, testing against the real use case, spotting the gap, and pushing V2 in one prompt.

  5. Release without a marketing team, with a release-package agent that turns the merged PR into a changelog, launch tweet, and 60-second demo script.

The "Feedback OS"

The signal-capture agent above is one piece of a broader pattern: recurring Claude Code agents that pipe product usage and competitive intel into your PMs every Monday morning. No analytics team required. I'll show you what the full setup looks like and how to scale it across your team.

What you'll leave with:

A clear mental model of what a "AI-native PM" actually does day-to-day, and what they no longer need to wait on.

  • A decision framework for evaluating whether your team is ready to make this shift, and where the bottlenecks usually sit.

  • The course syllabus we use to take a product team PMs to Product Builders, and the option to bring it to your team, either as a public cohort (June 3, 10, 17, 2026) or as a private 1-day workshop on your own codebase.

Who this is for

  • Heads of Product, CPOs, and CEOs running product teams of 3–30 people

  • Managers feeling the gap between what their team ships today and what AI-native competitors are shipping

  • Leaders who want a clear, actionable plan to make their product team AI-native

Format

30 minutes live demo + 30 minutes open Q&A with Jules Boiteux (founder, Vibe Coding Academy).
