The Zero Prize Launch: Paying for Results, Not Promises
About the Zero Prize
The Zero Prize is a ₹10-crore, results-based national innovation challenge designed to reward verified, measurable reductions in air, water, and land pollution. Inspired by global models such as XPRIZE and Earthshot, the Zero Prize shifts India’s environmental action ecosystem from intent-based funding to outcomes-linked impact, aligned with national missions such as NCAP, Swachh Bharat Mission, Namami Gange, and Mission LiFE.
