the elements of leadership: earth
the elements of leadership
a 4-part experiential workshop series
modern leadership requires more than strategy and intellect — it requires presence, discernment, emotional intelligence, and the capacity to respond rather than react.
this four-part workshop series invites you to embody the four classical elements — earth, fire, air, and water — as living intelligences that shape how we lead, relate, decide, and show up in our lives and our work.
each session is an immersive experience, blending somatic practice, reflection, community dialogue, and ritualized elements to translate embodiment directly into real-world leadership capacity.
you may attend individual sessions or the full series for a deeper arc of integration.
earth — foundations of embodied leadership
grounding, stability, and inner safety.
earth is the element of stability, support, and containment.
this session focuses on building the internal foundations that allow leaders to feel steady, resourced, and present — even amid pressure, change, or uncertainty.
when earth is underdeveloped, leaders often overextend, rush, or operate from anxiety.
when earth is embodied, leadership becomes grounded, reliable, and regulating — for ourselves and for those around us.
in this session, participants will:
explore grounding and nervous system regulation as essential leadership skills
experience how stability in the body supports clarity in decision-making
practice somatic tools for containment, pacing, presence
reflect on where they may be leading from depletion versus support
participants will leave with practical tools to lead from steadiness, set sustainable boundaries, communicate with clarity and confidence, and create environments where people feel safe, supported, and grounded.

her work is rooted in somatics (from the greek sōma, meaning body) and the belief that true transformation happens when the wisdom of the body is integrated with the power of the mind. when our whole system is 'online', space opens for insight, emotional regulation, and aligned action.
over the past decade, dayna has led teams and operations in early-stage startup environments while completing thousands of hours of training in somatic movement, meditation, and embodied leadership.
she bridges the practical and the mystical—guiding others to remember their wholeness and lead with clarity, integrity, and heart.
