​This 2.5-hour workshop invites you to explore the art of tease, flow, and self-expression through a playful fusion of burlesque-inspired movement and intuitive dance. We’ll move through different rhythms and moods—soft, bold, curious, and expressive—allowing you to discover new sides of yourself in a safe, supportive space.

Dress code: Lingerie & layers—come as you are, and reveal only what feels right for you.

​​We’ll explore simple, tasteful techniques, playful improvisation, and finish with an optional moment to step into your own mini performance—just for the joy of it.
