Airplane Mode @ MLK Library Rooftop

​Beat the Sunday Scaries with AIRPLANE MODE ✈️: a series of offline gatherings designed to bring young people back to third spaces and encourage creativity, connection, and community.

​Join us from 1-4pm at our second event at the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Library.

​1-2:30pm: Open book club! Bring whatever your reading (or pick up something at the library!) and enjoy an afternoon of reading at the MLK rooftop. We'll have breaks throughout for you to chat about your books and bond with your neighbors over passages rather than pleasantries.

​2:30-4pm: Discussion on higher education in this country ––why it's become so transactional and commodified & how we can reimagine education to exist life-long + outside the classroom.

​Please note that our events are targeted towards young adults that are 18-24 or around that range. This event is for adults over the age of 18. Minors are not allowed at this event.
