​Andy is a long-time investor and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience building and scaling businesses across environmental services, recycling, and industrial operations.

​He is the founder of Denali Water Solutions, launched in 2014, which has grown into the 22nd largest company in Arkansas with nearly $1 billion in annual revenue and is the largest recycler of food waste in the United States.

​Andy is an operating partner with Firmament, a $2 billion AUM mid-market private equity firm that provides debt and equity capital to small- and medium-sized businesses, working closely with owners and management teams to support long-term, sustainable growth.

​He serves as an adjunct professor of entrepreneurship at the University of Arkansas Fayetteville, where he teaches on acquisition, growth, and operator-led investing.

​Andy is the founder and host of the Free Arkansas podcast, which explores entrepreneurship, economic policy, and ideas shaping Arkansas’s future.
