The VR Workplace Ready Studio is a hybrid 4-module immersive training experience designed to prepare students and professionals for the future of work. Through AI-powered tools, VR workplace simulations, and expert-led workshops, participants will develop critical skills employers demand. From job search strategies and AI-integrated collaboration to real-world workplace communication.
This experience blends hands-on practice, real-world simulations, and mentorship to help you confidently navigate today’s rapidly evolving job market.
Across four dynamic modules, participants will:
Master the 5 C’s of Workplace Resilience: Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration, Communication, and Cultural Intelligence
Learn how to leverage AI for job searches, resume optimization, and interview success
Practice essential workplace skills in VR-powered simulations
Build confidence through real-life scenario training, including interviews, leadership conversations, and team collaboration
Participants will receive real-time AI feedback, coaching from industry experts, and access to Centennial’s VR lab technologies. Upon completion, students will earn a Centennial College Certificate in VR Workplace Readiness and gain access to mentorship support for career development.
