Extended Pack Collective (EPC)

Scaling a design team changes more than team size. It changes how decisions are made, how quality is maintained, how ownership is shared, and how culture holds up as the team grows.

, we bring together two design leaders for a candid conversation on what it really takes to scale design teams. The session will explore hiring, structure, craft, team rituals, leadership, stakeholder expectations, and the challenges that often surface as teams expand.

This is an online-moderated session, with space for speaker reflections and a dedicated segment for participant questions and interaction, while keeping the focus on the speakers’ perspectives and discussion.

EPC members are invited to attend the session in person.
