Extended Pack Collective (EPC)

A hands-on, interactive workshop led by Monica Deshpande, using LEGO® bricks as a medium for reflection, storytelling, systems thinking, and collaborative problem-solving.

The session begins with a guided warm-up, allowing participants to familiarise themselves with the materials, the process, and the act of building as a way of thinking. From there, participants move into deeper facilitated exercises, using LEGO bricks to express ideas, explore perspectives, and engage in meaningful group dialogue.

The workshop is designed to unlock creativity, sharpen communication, and encourage participants to think beyond conventional formats. Through building, sharing, and reflection, LEGO becomes more than a playful material. It becomes a tool for making thoughts visible, uncovering patterns, and collaborating with greater clarity.
