​Steffi Bednarek is the founder and director of the Centre for Climate Psychology, and a consultant in climate psychology, systems thinking, and trauma-informed change. She has worked with national governments, global financial institutions, large NGOs, and the corporate sector, helping people and organisations reckon honestly with the inner dimensions of the climate crisis.

​Her book Climate, Psychology and Change asks a question most of us find uncomfortable: what are the familiar perceptions and innocent-seeming assumptions through which we unknowingly perpetuate the very crises we say we want to solve?
