You’ll leave with one clear decision, single owner, next step, and date for your top issue
Format & flow (30 mins, we’ll leave 10 mins to go over if required, Zoom)
GTM KPI insight (7 mins) what the metric means, how to measure it properly, how to move it.
Work through (18 mins) - 2–3 attendee challenges (priority deal, hiring, or KPI) - coached in turn.
Commit (5 mins) decisions + next steps; optional 1:1 sign‑ups.
