About Adrienne:
Prof Adrienne Milner is Director of Talent Data and Insights at Unthink. She has 15 years experience leading organisational culture and policy change and has been a policy and data analyst for Google, Kellogg's, Universal Music, governments, and the NHS. She is passionate about the power of policy to drive organisational performance, reputation, and talent pipelines, as well as improve employment experiences and outcomes for minoritised groups. Dr Milner has also authored three books and 40+ peer-reviewed journal articles related to policy issues.
