About Event

AI & Web3 Security Happy Hour
with Consensys Diligence and ETHGlobal

AI is already changing Web3 security - from how vulnerabilities are discovered to how attackers operate and how audit teams work.

During Berlin Blockchain Week, Consensys Diligence and ETHGlobal are bringing together builders, protocol teams, founders, CTOs, security leads, and institutional leaders for an evening focused on what this shift means in practice.

As protocols become more complex and security decisions move faster, teams need to understand where AI can strengthen their security process, where it introduces new risks, and what still requires expert human judgment.

The evening will include a short presentation from the Consensys Diligence research team, fireside conversations with founders and security specialists, and a live demonstration of security tooling currently in development. A few attendees will receive early access to test the tools before launch.

This event is designed for teams responsible for securing protocols, infrastructure projects, applications, and institutions - especially those preparing for audits, launches, upgrades, or higher levels of user and capital exposure.

Agenda

6:00–6:30 PM - Arrival & welcome
Guests arrive, grab drinks, and settle in.

6:30–6:50 PM - Opening presentation
A focused talk from the Consensys Diligence research team on AI, security, and the changing vulnerability landscape in Web3.

  • Tobias Vogel (Team Lead, Consensys Diligence): Introduction

  • Vladislav Yaroshuk (Security Engineer, Consensys Diligence): Vulnerability mining with AI agents

6:50–7:50 PM - Fireside chats + audience Q&A
Security researchers, founders, and protocol leads discuss real threats, emerging tooling, and what is working in practice.

  • Tobias Vogel and George Kobakhidze (Security Engineer, Consensys Diligence) - AI Insecurity: The Damage AI Has Dealt

  • George Kobakhidze and Philip Krause (DevAcc Team, Ethereum Foundation) - AI Agents, Economic Trust, and the Cost of Getting It Wrong

7:50–9:00 PM - Networking, drinks, and music
An informal closing hour to continue conversations with builders, researchers, and teams from across the ecosystem.

Why attend

Security teams are being forced to adapt quickly. AI is accelerating parts of the audit process, changing how vulnerabilities are identified, and creating new questions around trust, automation, and attacker capability.

This is an opportunity to hear directly from the researchers and advisors working with leading Ethereum teams, understand what is changing now, and leave with a clearer view of how to prepare your own security process.

Attendance is limited.
