Session Description: With the DAP/TCP reforms, ASIC’s relief instruments (both requiring AFSL applications), the payments reforms and the amended AML/CTF regime, the industry will be charged with managing multiple ongoing (and sometimes overlapping) relationships with regulators. We are eager to co-host a discussion with key regulators about the best approaches to doing so.
