Ship It is a one-day hackathon for builders of all backgrounds — product managers, designers, developers, and founders — who want to go from idea to working app in a single afternoon using Medo, the AI-powered builder that turns your vision into a full-stack product.
Whether you code or not, if you can describe what you want to build, you can ship it.
🛠 What happens on the day
You'll join a room full of builders who think like you do — product-minded, user-obsessed, and ready to turn ideas into reality. In the team, you'll pick a real problem, describe your app to Medo, and ship a working version before the session ends.
Mentors will be circulating to help you scope your idea, sharpen your prompts, and push your build further than you thought possible in the time you have.
🏆 At the end, teams demo their apps live. The community votes. Winners take prizes — and more importantly, you leave with something real you built yourself.

🧠 Product Workshop: From Idea to App in One Prompt
No technical background? No problem. During the workshop, you'll learn how to use this simple prompt template to describe your app and let Medo build it for you:
I want to build an app that [INSERT SHORT DESCRIPTION HERE] user should [INSERT INPUT] in order for the app to [INSERT PROCESS] & show the user [INSERT OUTPUT]
Just fill in the blanks, hand it to Medo, and watch your idea become a working product. We'll walk you through it live and help you refine your prompt before the build sprint begins.

"I want to build an app that turns leftover ingredients into simple recipes. The user should type three ingredients and select a time limit in order for the app to combine the ingredients into a logical cooking sequence & show the user a formatted recipe card with step-by-step instructions."

Judging Criteria
Completeness: Whether the team finished at least a minimum viable product.
Innovation: Is the product idea innovative?
Real-Life Problem Solving: Is the project solving a real-life problem, or is there a real pain in the market?
Sponsored Product Usage: Did the team use all the sponsored products?
