Everyday AI Club for Product Teams
Our meetup for applied AI at work. This month: product teams.
People everywhere are using AI to get things done in interesting and practical ways. How are YOU using AI? How are others using it? What can we learn from each other?
This month, we're focusing on how product teams use AI day to day, from discovery and design to analysis and shipping.
Who it's for
Product managers
Designers (product, UX, research)
Data people (analysts, data scientists)
Product Engineers
You don't need to be technical. Everyday AI Club is made for people who use AI in their work, and most of the room won't be engineers. Engineers are very welcome too: some of the best conversations happen when you hear how your PM or designer actually uses these tools.
Demos
HomeToGo: "From discovery to booking: How we're using generative AI to power the HomeToGo marketplace"
You could be demoing your workflow or solution - submit your idea.
We are looking for speakers - demo your solution.
Want to demo? We're always looking for people to show how they use AI in their work, at this or a future Everyday AI Club. Submit your demo idea.
Table discussions
Did AI actually speed us up?
Is your team suffering from AI “Slop Grenades”?
Bring your questions, including the ones you've been embarrassed to ask, and leave with ideas you can try tomorrow.
The event is hosted by HomeToGo. They are building the next chapter of their AI platform to power how millions of people find their perfect stay. Curious what that looks like from the inside? Come and chat to the team on the night.
(Drinks and finger food, with vegan and veggie options will be provided by HomeToGo)
How the evening runs
We open with a couple of demos for inspiration to see how others use AI in day-to-day work.
Afterwards we will split into smaller groups for follow-up conversations, where you will also be able to actively participate, share your experience and learn from others.
We're hosted by HomeToGo at their office in Prenzlauer Berg, Pappelallee 78/79.
Getting in
We want this to be the right room for the right people, so we're intentional about who joins. We aim for a good mix of PMs, designers, data people and engineers, so tell us what you do when you apply.
We review requests as they come in and usually reply within a few days. We keep seats open for each role, so once a group is full, new requests go on the waitlist. Applying early helps.
Our flaky Berlin fee keeps the flake rate down and supports the meetup. You will only get charged when you are approved.

Who's running this?
Phil Bennett is an engineering leadership consultant. 25 years building and fixing engineering teams. He now spends most of his time helping non-engineers become AI-fluent. He has a rare gift for making technical things feel obvious.
Igor Ranc runs Handpicked Berlin. Former product and project manager, self-described "idea man" who, for years, couldn't ship his own ideas. This really changed last year with Claude Code.
