About Event

Do you feel like you work in intense sprints, periods of sharp focus, creativity, and momentum, followed by long valleys where your energy disappears and even opening your laptop feels unbearable?

You are not alone.

Many high-performing, creative women experience extreme swings in motivation and output. In peak phases, you feel unstoppable. In low phases, rest does not feel restorative, guilt creeps in, and getting back into rhythm can take weeks, especially after travel, big pushes, or life interruptions.

This workshop is designed for people who recognize this pattern and want a more sustainable way to work, create, and live.

Led by Maureen Codispodi, Professional and Integrative Wellness Coach, this session helps you understand why these cycles happen and how to work with your energy instead of fighting it. Rather than forcing constant productivity, Maureen guides you through evidence-informed frameworks and reflective exercises to build steadier momentum, protect your high-energy phases, and shorten recovery time when your energy dips.

In this workshop, you will explore:

About the Speaker
Maureen Codispodi is a Professional and Integrative Wellness Coach, Clinical Counsellor, as well as the Founder and Director of Help Clinic Canada. She specializes in supporting professionals navigating high demands, burnout risk, and the desire for long-term fulfillment. Drawing from ontological coaching, inclusive education, and mental health practice, Maureen helps clients reduce stress, enhance focus, and build habits that align personal well-being with professional success.
