​He will share his perspective on what types of companies VCs want to invest in, why some startups struggle to raise, and why bootstrapping can sometimes be the better path.

​The session will also include an interactive Q&A, where Florian will answer tactical questions on how your pitch deck should look, what investors see as red flags, how to create FOMO, and how to prepare for your first investor conversations.

​About Florian Huber

​Florian Huber is a founder, entrepreneur and startup investor based in Berlin. He is the founder of united-domains (sold to 1&1 Group in 2015), neubau kompass (Germany’s leading real estate marketplace for new residential constructions) and is an angel investor in 60+ tech startups. In 2018, he was awarded "Business Angel of the Year" by the German Business Angels Association. He was also a co-founder and managing partner at Signature Ventures a web3/crypto VC.

Since 2022 he's a co-founder and the Chief Investment Officer of EWOR, where he supports the next generation of tech entrepreneurs to build successful companies with global impact.
