Robot Uprising Open Meeting

​Curious about robots, weird inventions, or the general direction of the future? Drop by Robot Uprising Open Meeting at the Museum of Technology in Helsinki and step into a room full of hackers, cyborgs, mad scientists, and people who simply think machines are neat.

​We meet weekly to build fun robots and all kinds of side projects. This open meeting is a great way to see what we’re up to, say hello, and find your way into the chaos.

​You do not need a technical background to join, just curiosity and a willingness to entertain slightly unhinged levels of creativity. The group is mainly aimed at university students and adult hobbyists, but anyone interested in robotics in any form is welcome to come take a look.

​Possible side effects include sudden interest in servo motors, accidental time travel to the 2040s, AI mind control, and getting recruited by an evil megacorporation or an underground hacktivist group.
