This isn’t just a meal, it’s a Sunday tradition here. We’ll watch the paella being made fresh in front of us, hear all about the ingredients, sip on Bonavida drinks, have a chat, and soak up a bit of that Valenciano culture.
Then once it’s ready, we eat together — like a proper Spanish Sunday.
