We are delighted to invite you to the official launch of UOCEAN x Unity Swimming "Beyond the Surface" — a powerful new initiative exploring who has access to water, who is excluded, and how we change that together.
Hosted at the University of Leicester Business School, this evening brings together leaders from business, sport, culture, conservation, and community to open an essential conversation about access, equity, and opportunity in and around water.
🌊 Why Beyond the Surface?
Water is fundamental — yet access to it is not equal.
Beyond the Surface exists to challenge barriers, change narratives, and open pathways for communities historically excluded from water spaces — from swimming and sailing to careers, confidence, and conservation.
