A Creative Archetypes Experience for Designers by Amy Lukas of Fallow Renewal

In a field shaped by critique, deadlines, and constant output, many creatives find themselves driven by an inner voice that pushes for perfection—but often at a cost.

In this interactive workshop, Amy Lukas introduces her Creative Archetypes framework to help designers better understand the inner voices shaping their work. Participants will explore the role of the inner critic, reconnect with their creative voice, and learn practical tools to move through creative blocks with more clarity and confidence.

This session offers a fresh perspective on creativity—one rooted not in doing more, but in understanding the parts of yourself behind the work.

Amy Lukas is the Founder of Fallow Renewal and an Executive Depth Coach for creative leaders, entrepreneurs, and accomplished professionals seeking greater creativity, authentic leadership, and personal fulfillment.

Before stepping into coaching, Amy spent more than two decades as an award-winning creative leader and entrepreneur. Her career in experiential design began with the Salt Lake 2002 Olympic Winter Games, where she helped bring the visual experience of the Games to life. She went on to co-found Infinite Scale, an internationally recognized sports and experiential design consultancy whose work spanned some of the world's most visible stages in sports and entertainment—including the Olympic Games, Super Bowls, College Football Playoff National Championships, NHL events, and projects across the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, MLS, and beyond. Infinite Scale ultimately grew its work to more than 130 venues around the world before being acquired in 2021.

Today, Amy brings that lived experience of creativity, entrepreneurship, leadership, and reinvention into her work at Fallow Renewal | The Art of Becoming. Her approach integrates depth psychology, creativity, Eastern philosophy, and social neuroscience to help clients explore not only what they want to create next, but the deeper patterns, identities, and inner dynamics influencing how they lead and live. She works particularly well with successful professionals who sense there is another level of creativity, meaning, or fulfillment available to them—and are willing to look beneath the surface to find it.

Amy's relationship with SEGD spans nearly three decades. She served on the SEGD Board of Directors for ten years, including as President from 2012–2014, and was honored as an SEGD Distinguished Member in 2018 for her contributions to the organization and experiential design community.

Having spent much of her career designing extraordinary experiences for others, Amy now helps creative professionals turn that same curiosity inward—bringing greater intention to the most meaningful creative endeavor of all: who they are becoming.
