Founding Engineer Circle: Roundtable with Kevin Suh
What is this? An exclusive monthly roundtable discussion for members of Founding Engineer Circle. This month, we're joined by Kevin Suh, Co-founder and CTO of Finley, for an intimate conversation about transitioning from founding engineer to technical co-founder and building sustainable career paths in early-stage tech.
Why attend? Members-only access to candid conversations with successful CTOs who've walked the path you're on. No staged presentations or generic advice - just honest dialogue about the real challenges, decisions, and lessons learned from someone who's been both the first engineering hire and the technical co-founder.
About our guest: Kevin Suh, Co-founder and CTO at Finley (YC W21), a Series A debt capital management platform. As the founding engineer at Nova Credit, Kevin was the first engineering hire and built the cash flow underwriting product that became the foundation of their core business—Nova Credit has since raised over $156M and reached Series D. Coming from a non-traditional technical background, Kevin brings a unique perspective on both sides of the founding engineer experience: joining early-stage companies and starting your own.
