Arthouse Cinema
For our 3rd edition, Our honorary therapist, Jason Chan, has selected our next screening.
We dive into Park Chan-Wook’s interpretation of Fingersmith, written by Sarah Waters. A novel set in Victorian Britain becomes re-imagined in 1930s Korea under Japanese occupation,
It’s an outrageous thriller, drenched in eroticism 🔥.
A story about trust and betrayal, vulnerability and control, imprisonment and liberation 🗝️.
It explores the fragile boundary between who we truly are and the roles we perform.
How much of ourselves must we conceal to survive?
We are a queer arthouse cinema 🌈 — we don’t show blockbusters, but films that challenge, provoke, and linger.
No superhéroes, no algos.
