​This session brings together youth, women, Indigenous Peoples, and civil society actors to provide concrete inputs into GEF-9 implementation.

​We’ll explore:

• ​How stakeholder engagement, gender equality, and Indigenous rights can be embedded meaningfully in project design.

• ​Lessons learned from past projects—including what didn’t go well.

• ​Opportunities to improve transparency, track funding flows, and strengthen guidelines for agency accountability.

• ​How OFPs and agencies can open space for CSOs in project development.
