About Akatos
Established in Fall '25, Akatos is a startup community based in Waterloo. We have a house located near Uptown Waterloo.
We've hosted events with investors like Y Combinator, a16z speedrun, Garage Capital, Entrepreneur First and others, as well as founders from Mintlify (YC W22), Datacurve (YC W24) BufferBox (YC S12), Upside Robotics, Traversal, and more.
