At Art Club, our mission is to create joyful, inspiring experiences for everyone. We understand that life happens, which is why we’ve crafted a policy that’s fair, transparent, and community-minded — helping us continue to build meaningful workshops while respecting the time, materials, and energy of our artists and guests.

We do our best to be flexible while also honoring the prep, materials, and planning that go into each workshop.

4-day cutoff is based on the workshop’s scheduled start time

Any credit card or administrative fees associated with bookings are non-refundable.

You may request to transfer your booking to another workshop of 

 the original workshop date and is subject to availability.

In exceptional circumstances, Art Club may offer a 

one-time transfer or courtesy credit at its discretion

We cannot offer refunds or credits for missed classes unless otherwise agreed upon due to exceptional circumstances.

Weather or Emergency-Related Cancellations

If a workshop is canceled due to weather, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, Art Club will offer either:

Because we intentionally keep our workshops small, every booking matters. Supplies, space, and staffing are all planned based on attendance.

Think: denim, tees, dresses, jackets, shoes, accessories, summer finds, and good pieces waiting for a second life.

Bring up to two bags of clean, gently used clothing and accessories—or come browse even if you have nothing to contribute. Come solo, bring a friend, or drop in for part of the afternoon.

No fashion expertise or swapping experience needed. Come by, dig around, try things on, and hang with us for a bit.
