About Event

Most first-time builders don’t fail because they can’t build; they fail because they build without clarity, users, or a path to sustainability.

The B<>rder/ess Builder’s OP exists to close that gap.

This 2-week Operating Program is designed to help early-stage founders, builders, and small businesses move beyond ideas and demos, and toward real users, real feedback, and early revenue signals.

This is not a hackathon.
It’s not about pitch decks
It’s about learning how building actually works in the real world.

Who This Program Is For

The Builder’s OP is for:

  • First-time founders and builders

  • Early-stage startups or businesses

  • Business Owners who want to 10x revenue

  • Developers who want to understand product and users

  • Non-technical founders building with technical partners

  • Web2 and Web3 teams (no restriction)

You don’t need to be venture-backed.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You do need to be serious about building something useful.

What You’ll Learn

Over two weeks, participants will work on:

  • Validating what they’re building (and what not to build)

  • Understanding users and customer psychology

  • Turning products into something people will actually pay for

  • Early-stage marketing and distribution realities

  • Pricing, onboarding, and first-100-users strategies

  • Reality checks on business models and assumptions

  • How funding, grants, or revenue-based financing actually work

How the Program Runs

The Builder’s OP runs as a structured sprint, combining:

  • Live sessions and workshops

  • Practical assignments tied to your product

  • Group discussions and honest feedback

  • Guest sessions from builders, marketers, and operators

  • Office hours and consultations

  • Community-based learning and accountability

Participants are expected to actively work on their product during the program.

Outcomes by the End of the Sprint

By the end of the 2 weeks, you should have:

  • A clearer product direction

  • A defined target user and use case

  • A working MVP or improved product

  • A plan to acquire your first 50–100 users

  • Early revenue or monetisation signals (where applicable)

  • Access to follow-on support, partnerships, or funding pathways

What Makes B<>rder/ess Different

B<>rder/ess is a public-good builder program focused on long-term outcomes, not short-term wins.

We believe:

  • Builders need honesty with the hype

  • Learning happens through doing

  • Sustainable products matter more than demos

  • Ecosystems grow when builders are supported early

Commitment & Expectations

This program is best suited for participants who can commit at least 8–10 hours per week and are open to feedback, iteration, and learning in public.

If you’re ready to build seriously, this OP is for you.
