About Event

Join us for a hands-on Cursor Hackathon in Downtown Vancouver!

Theme: Build Canada

Canada has the energy, the talent, and the resources — but we've been slow to build the automation layer that turns potential into independence. We're prioritizing solutions in energy, AI infrastructure, supply chains, and anything else that makes Canada more self-reliant.

Things like:

  • Web Apps, e.g., a tool that helps small Canadian businesses find local suppliers instead of defaulting to US imports

  • AI Agents, e.g., an AI assistant that navigates Canadian government forms and permitting processes

  • Data & ML, e.g., a demand forecasting tool for Canadian energy grids

  • AI Assistants, e.g., a bilingual (EN/FR) customer service agent built for Canadian businesses
