Visa Information for International Delegates
International delegates attending the AFRICON MSIs Summit 2026 in Tanzania are advised to begin their visa process at least 6–8 weeks prior to travel. Tanzania offers visa-on-arrival for citizens of several countries, while others may require pre-approved e-Visas or embassy-issued documentation. We recommend checking with the nearest Tanzanian embassy or consulate for up-to-date entry requirements. Upon registration, confirmed delegates will receive an official invitation letter to support their visa application. Our logistics team is available to assist with any queries related to travel documentation and border procedures.

Registration
Once you submit your registration, we will send you an e-mail confirmation, letter of invitation and invoice .
Accommodation and Travel
Unless clearly specified, accommodation and travel are not included in the registration fee.
Cancellation/ Replacement
In case a delegate would like to cancel their participation for some unexpected eventualities, the delegate may be replaced.
The fees charged are strictly non-refundable.
In the event that the Organisers cancel the event, delegate payments at the date of cancellation will be refunded in full. In the event that the Organisers postpone a conference, delegate payments will be credited towards the rescheduled date.
Standard fees
All fees for the event include lunch, refreshments and documentation, and presentations. Please note that payment must be received before the event and within two weeks from the date of the invoice issue date.
Event programme and location
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the programme without notice and to change the location or the date of the event or confirmed speakers. In case the event cannot be hosted in person due to a force majeure like pandemic and gathering restrictions associated with it, the event will be hosted in a virtual format.
Data Protection
The organisers agrees to keep attendee’s information confidential in its database and process it according to its Privacy Policy. The attendee gives The organisers the authority to keep their information in its database and use the information in any way necessary in connection with the event. Attendee information will be removed from our database immediately after receiving a written request.
Liability waiver and release
Attendee agrees and acknowledges that he she is participating in or to the event at his/ her own free will and intentional act and at own risk. He/ She hereby waives, releases and discharges any and all claims for damage for personal injury, death or property damage which he/ she may have, or which may hereafter accrue to him/ her, as a result of his/ her participation in or to the event. This release is intended to discharge in advance The organisers and its directors, employees and agents from any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with his her participation in or to the event.
