Savanrith “Savan” Kong is an award‑winning product, design, and customer experience executive who became the Department of Defense’s first‑ever Customer Experience Officer, leading enterprise‑wide digital transformation for the nation’s largest employer.

​A former General Manager at Rebellion Defense and early Redfin pioneer who co‑authored a patented interactive map‑based real estate search, he blends deep technical acumen with human‑centered design to make complex systems intuitive and mission‑ready.

​Today, he advises startups and established organizations, hosts the “Life Between Titles” podcast, and helps leaders turn ambiguity into clear strategy, measurable impact, and experiences people actually love
