About Event

​​​How do support and engineering teams collaborate to solve customer-reported issues without getting buried in process?

​​​​​Supporting Engineering is a calling card for leaders who care deeply about how customer issues are handled — from triage to resolution, from insight discovery to workflow design. Over drinks and light dinner, we’ll explore how technical support and engineering teams can work better together to deliver impact and sustainability.

​​​​​This edition takes place in London, where you’ll join 5-10 peers from leading software companies to share approaches, frustrations, and lessons learned across three themes:
