Finance, Governance, and Indigenous Participation in mCDR
There are many ways that the oceans can play a role in cleaning up climate pollution through marine carbon dioxide removal (mCDR). But the oceans are a globally shared critical resource that must be handled with great care.
This panel will explore the complexities of governing mCDR activity, what roles indigenous peoples can play in mCDR, and different models for financing all of the work required to clean up climate pollutions and combat ocean acidification.
