Break Before You Build: How to Stress-Test AI Systems
Before you trust an AI system, you should know how to break it.
In this hands-on session, we’ll explore how AI systems fail—and how to systematically test them. Using conversational AI as an accessible example, we’ll experiment with ways to push AI outside its comfort zone to reveal weaknesses like hallucinations, emotional misfires, and logical breakdowns.
Participants will walk away with a simple framework for stress-testing AI tools and spotting failure modes early, whether they’re building systems or evaluating ones their company is adopting.
