EQ & Response | Feminine Leadership Lab for Women in Tech
Emotional intelligence influences how others perceive you. It shows in how you respond under pressure, how you handle feedback, and how you stay grounded in difficult conversations.
This hands-on workshop, led by business & leadership strategist Asmâa Methqal, uses a live EQ card-based practice grounded in workplace situations women face. You will practice noticing your internal signals and choosing your response, instead of reacting on autopilot.
This lab session is your chance to strengthen your emotional awareness, sharpen your real-time responses, and exchange insight with other brilliant women and allies in tech.
