​Xenia heads the New York office of Eastern Peak, a 300-engineer studio that turns AI-first ideas into market-ready products for venture-backed startups. Before joining Eastern Peak she co-founded two social-impact ventures that raised $175K in early funding. A Bay Area-trained computer scientist who speaks both code and capital, Xenia brings founders a rare blend of technical depth, go-to-market rigor, and fundraising know-how.

​Gadareth Higgs

​Gadareth Higgs, PhD, is a seasoned expert with over 15 years of postgraduate experience in bioinformatics, consulting, and healthcare. Through Higgs Insights, he has helped his startup clients double investor interest, raise funding ($200k–$7M), prepare for a pitch in only 4 days, and secure a $1M commitment from an LP. His extensive background includes leading high-impact initiatives in precision oncology, biotechnology, and healthcare consulting at ConcertAI and McKinsey. Holding a PhD in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from Yale University, Dr. Higgs has been at the forefront of genomic research and the assessment, development, marketing, and scaling of data-driven healthcare solutions.
