​This immersive practice is designed to quiet the mind, open the imagination, and strengthen your connection to inner wisdom. We’ll open with a guided meditation. We will spend time journaling and drawing what came up for us. We end with group coaching and conversation — exploring how these daily rituals lead to expansion, creative breakthroughs, and clearer intuition in both art making and life.
