• ​This will explore the theme of adapting existing skill sets to Web3 by decoding one developer’s journey from Web2 into Web3. 

• ​Along the way we will define growth paths, highlight opportunities, as well as provide entry points for audience engagement. 

• ​What you bring from your previous experience is foundational, and we hope to inspire you to define and reach your next goal.
