Wonder & Awe with Barbara Bouza, CannonDesign
About this Presentation
Experiences, moments and memories don’t just shape our lives; they empower us to connect across cultures and communities, grow as human beings and remember the people, places and ideas that move us.
As technology and consumer expectations converge, story-driven experiences remain core to creating real-world wonder and awe. As designers, we have the responsibility and opportunity to create all distinct types of experiences – the fantastic, the in-the-moment, the shared – across a broad ecosystem.
In this Futurespaces session, Barbara Bouza, CannonDesign’s Executive Director of Live, Work Play and the former President of Walt Disney Imagineering will share insights from her global journey through discovery, experience design, impossibilities and storytelling. She will highlight how her career has consistently fused story, technology and design to create memorable experiences around the globe and the boundless possibilities for city districts, entertainment and sports venues, museums, learning spaces and public architecture.
