Ultimately, the talk explores experience design as a transformative practice, moving beyond memorability toward lasting impact, design that subtly alters perception, behavior, and the way individuals carry an experience with them long after it ends.

Josh Horowitz is an award-winning experience designer and academic. He is Co-Founder and CCO of PRESENT, a global Experience Architecture Studio, and Professor of Practice in the School of Design at Carnegie Mellon University. He previously co-founded Fake Love (acquired by The New York Times) and ex-CCO at Deeplocal.
